Apprenticeship Pathway to Success

The proposed mentee-mentor apprenticeship is designed to help people enter the healthcare field. This program is designed to help people:

  • Change careers

  • Enter the workforce

  • Grow in their current healthcare career

The apprenticeship program will select 5 individuals and partner them up with a mentor who is experienced in their respective field.

 

The apprenticeship is designed to last 2 months and comprises weekly online workshops and a final presentation. The online workshops will cover topics such as:

  • Gaining in-demand job skills

  • Resume & Interview preparation

  • Creating a professional online presence, and

  • Much more
